If you are considering joining a local Golf Club, Moseley Golf Club has a lot to offer. Membership is currently available without a waiting list.
If you are currently a member of another golf club, membership is temporarily available without a joining fee.
Full Playing Members:-
Those who are over 24 years of age and who are entitled to all the amenities of the Club House and the Course.
Restricted Members:- (Weekday Membership)
Those whose use of the Course is limited, but have full use of the amenities of the Club House. Restricted members may not enter or play in the Club Trophy Competitions (some exceptions apply)
Provisional Members:-
Subject to satisfactory interview, Provisional Membership may be offered to experienced golfers, with or without an official handicap but no sponsor, and those with no handicap but who have a sponsor. After interview they will play a round with two members of the Sub-committee.
Entry to the Club is dependent on payment of 6 months subscription.
In the event of an applicant with an official handicap obtaining a sponsor, their application will be reviewed by the Membership Committee; otherwise the Membership Sub-Committee will review the application after 6 months to offer Full Membership or rejection.
In the event of rejection no refund will be made of either the subscription.
If Full membership is agreed, the applicant will pay the balance of the subscription.
Provisional members with an official handicap can enter monthly medals, weekday medals and stableford competitions. They are not eligible to enter any cup competitions championships etc.
They can sign in visitors but these are not eligible for reduced green fees. Only the visitors of Full Members are eligible for reduced green fees.
Country Members:-
Those gentlemen or ladies who are in full time residence at an address that is more than 100 miles from the Course and either:-
(a) Are members of a club in the locality of their home, or
(b) Have previously been playing members of the Club
Junior Members:-
Those between the ages of eighteen and twenty-four. They are entitled to all the amenities of the Club House and Course.
Juniors (Girls and Boys):-
Those who have not reached the age of eighteen. They are restricted on the Course. On reaching the age of eighteen, if they wish to become Junior Members, they must apply to the Membership Sub-Committee for election.
There is a category for young Associates under 13 years and below who are permitted to play under supervision
